Rimon and Anaergia, a global leader of waste-to-energy solutions, will build a regenerating electricity biogas facility, which will be located in Kibbutz Lahav and which will have a capacity of 630KV.
The facility, which will convert agriculture organic and animals’ excretion waste into electricity using anaerobic digestion technology, will serve neighboring kibbutzim by selling its power to the national grid.
Commercial operations are expected in commence within 9 months.
